Be easy on yourself when it comes to miss-takes

Ok, so we are in the middle of a stressful time as individuals and as a country. Let's take a proper perspective on making miss-takes.

1. When you make a miss-take, and Lord knows you are going to, hit your pause button, and put your oops into perspective. Remember other miss-takes you have made and how you've grown through those.

2. Talk to your life coach, if you have one. If you don't, find one fast. Their moral support and undying love for you is invaluable.

3. As maturely as possible, acknowledge your lousy feelings and personal disappointment with your faux pas. Don't beat yourself up relentlessly. Experience the trauma, and bounce back...faster and smarter.

4. Ask your boney self....what will I do differently next time? Change as a result of the miss-take and don't miss it next time.
